Graphic Design

Graphic Design at NOVA serves a diverse student body of creative individuals. Our students enter the Graphic Design program for an array of goals ranging from gaining entrance into a four-year program, changing a current career path, or furthering and updating their own skills.

Our students are getting a well rounded design education, which opens many doors in the field of graphic design (including print, web, multimedia, interactive, and other areas using emerging new media technologies). As the need to communicate visually as well as verbally is critical for agencies, studios, companies, organizations, government, and non-profits, qualified designers will continue to be in great demand on a global scale.

Our graduates transfer to top schools throughout the United States, such as Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Visual Arts, Maryland Institute College of Art, George Mason University, James Madison University, Savannah College of Art and Design, and many more.
